I’ve made a spelling mistake on a product I’ve just purchased; can I get this updated?
Email us as soon as possible at info@theprintcave.co.uk However if the order has already been processed we can no longer update this mistake

Is there a minimum order?
No, please order a many or as little as you want!


Shipping

How much is shipping to the UK?
We have a very reasonable standard shipping rate of £4.99 on all orders

How much is shipping outside the UK
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the UK at this moment in time

How long does delivery take?
All orders will take up to 7 days from purchase  

 

Returns/Exchange

Can I return my items?
If items are personalised we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement

How can I cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@theprintcave.co.uk However if the order has already been processed we can no longer cancel and refund the order

Something is wrong with my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@theprintcave.co.uk However if the order has already been processed we will be unable to make any changes to your order and payment will still be charged.
